Alibi’s procedures along with terms and conditions associated with
all aspects of business.
Confidentiality
Agreement
All customer information and
correspondence is regarded as strictly confidential as we protect and
support the customer privacy rights. We will not sell, share, rent, or
otherwise release any confidential customer information to any
unauthorized third party under any circumstance.
Ordering
Procedures
All communications and order requests
are to be done in writing (by e-mail or by PayPal through our website)
for the purpose of having a clear record of all correspondence. This
protects safety for all involved parties;
we do not accept any phone inquiries as formal. Should you experience
a lack in delay in our response (1-2 business days) please contact us
again as most likely we have not received your inquiry, or we may have
been experiencing technical or service problems.
You can place orders by directly
clicking on the payment link options provided throughout this website.
Please ensure that you are placing orders for the correct items, as we cannot be held responsible for ordering
mistakes of this nature. In case you have made an error please notify
us as soon as possible by mail
prior to shipments being sent out.
Once
you have placed your order/made the payment for the products PayPal will
send you a confirmation e-mail for your reference.
Please keep this receipt in case you need it for future purposes.
At
the time being we only make deliveries to Europe and North
America (USA and Canada).

Credit Card
and Debit Card Payments
The payment security and encryption
of confidential customer information given during the credit or debit card
ordering process is certified by PayPal through
a secure server (https://www.paypal.com). This is third party affiliate merchant accounts
processor and Alibi is not directly
affiliated them in terms of credit or debit card processing and confidential
client information. All the transaction data (including your credit or
debit card number) is protected by these services without disclosing this
information to us. As a third party intermediate, these services act
as a preventative measure on security and privacy issues by protecting
all parties involved in a transaction.
Currencies
All
our prices on these pages are in euro (EUR).
But
we
also accept payments through PayPal
in other currencies.
PayPal lets you send money in many currencies without having to open a currency balance. On the
Payment Details page, you will see the current exchange rate and the
equivalent amount in your Primary Currency. When you pay, PayPal
will handle the conversion for you.
For
other currencies, your
credit/debit card account will be charged the corresponding amount in
your currency.
VAT
The prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax).
- Swedish tax (25%) will be added to
orders shipped to countries within the European Union. The tax will be calculated automatically upon
checking out and before you confirm the purchase.
- Other conditions apply for merchants that are registered for
VAT in their own country. Please contact us if that is your case.
- No VAT will be added to orders shipped to countries outside the
European Union. (Some
countries might apply their own customs fees and/or taxes when
products are imported).
Shipping
and Delivery Terms
All the orders are usually shipped
within 24 hours of received payment. The default
shipping methods are by Mail/Parcel service for Swedish orders and
First Class Air Mail/Parcel
service for International orders,
unless otherwise indicated by
the customer. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of the order
due to international and local holidays, busy postal times, unforeseen
world events, as well as overall function of different postal
operations and services. On average the order can arrive anywhere from
1-15 business days, depending on location. We are not responsible for
tracking number and insurance on shipments unless requested and paid for in advance.
In case the shipment is undeliverable, the
items will be returned to our address with explanation of why the
items could not be delivered. If the cause is by any means of our
fault the items will be resent free of charge along with the complete
refund. Please note: It is customers’ responsibility to provide
accurate delivery information and instructions when placing order.
In case we experience stock shortages
we will notify you and give you the best
estimate on delivery terms and other options. This way you have the option to accept changes or cancel the order at no cost.

are shipped as Recommended First Class Mail/Parcel or Ground/Air depending on the destination.

Order
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Unpaid Order Cancellations
Unpaid
order cancellations are free, so if you change your mind prior to making the payment, you will not induce
any charges. This is a privilege on a one time courtesy basis. Repeat
cancellations and unsolicited quote collections are subject to our
refusal to continue the business relationship.
Paid Order
Cancellations
In case you made the payment our
merchant fees are deducted for the payment service. Therefore, all
paid order cancellations are subject to a 10% merchant and
processing fee. The orders must be cancelled as soon as possible
since all shipments are usually sent within few hours to one day from
the finalized transaction. If the products were already sent out we
cannot provide the refund until the products are returned.
Example 1
If you pay
€ 10 for the order and the
order has not been shipped yet you will receive a € 9 refund via the
same payment method!
Example 2
In case the order was shipped
(usually within 24 hours of received payment), we require you to
return the products for a full € 9 refund.
You have the right to return the goods within two weeks from
the date of delivery. The goods shall be un-used and the package
un-opened with intact ceilings. We do not accept collect
shipments, and you are responsible for all transportation charges. All
charges induced in the return process will be deducted prior to
refunding the balance.
Example 3
If the products are damaged or
defective we will gladly exchange or refund the products and shipping,
as per your request. We do require you to pay for the refundable
return transportation charges in order for us to examine the damage. Please note that all the products come with
LOT and Expiry numbers that are tracked and easily cross referenced
with the information in the manufacturing facility and other clients
as well. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted in a quick and efficient
manner. This protects and promotes the safety for online shopping for
all involved parties. We are not responsible for shipping. We are not
responsible for incorrect shipping information at the time of order.
Any undeliverable orders are returned directly to us with an
explanation for return. All the clients are informed on why the
product delivery was not successful.
Additional
Information
While we strive to offer quality
products at maximum value to our customers, we cannot control the
intent, expectation, or method of usage on part of our customers and
distributors. All the products are controlled prior to
distribution.
Alibi and it's vendors disclaim
warranties with regard to the products, information, and services
contained on its web pages, including without limitation any implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. All products, information and services, are provided
"as is" and "as available" without warranty of any
kind. In no event shall we or our vendors be liable for any special,
indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or
any damages whatsoever resulting from product use, loss of use,
business, data or profits, litigation and the like, whether based on
breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or
otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. With
respect to goods or services purchased through this website,
liability, is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods, or,
at our election, to the repayment or crediting of buyer with an amount
equal to the purchase price of the goods. You acknowledge and agree
that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this
agreement and the site would not be provided to you absent such
limitations.
You agree to indemnify, defend and
hold harmless Alibi and its affiliates and suppliers from any
liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable attorneys'
fees) related to your violation of this agreement. This agreement and
the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the website
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Sweden without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Alibi's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of
this agreement shall not be seen as a waiver of any provision or
right.
